From the Kitchen of TYB
It seems as if there is always something going on in Muncie. With Ball State University commencements and activities, we have been staying pretty busy these past few weeks! We had the opportunity to provide these students and their parents with a wonderful meal, as well as a gathering place for all. The feedback was wonderful, and I think that I can speak for everyone when I say that we are incredibly proud of everybody at TYB steakhouse.
We continue to add various handcrafted products to our menus, specially created by our Chef/Kitchen Manager, Nathan Bell. As TYB progresses, we hope you will continue to join us. From a Mango relish added to our Mahi-Mahi, to a new Lemon Veloute Chicken Breast being served, these new items are getting some serious five-star reviews. We are ecstatic to continue serving all customers, and strive to constantly better your experiences at Trust Your Butcher Steakhouse.
